Get Involved
Cleveland Roots grows and distributes food using a hands-on, community-based approach. We provide space and programs to support urban agriculture at our Greenhouse & Market in the Clark-Fulton neighborhood. And we strive to empower people to grow food for themselves and their families.

Community Gardens
2024 will be the 8th season for the Cleveland Roots Community Garden. We have 30 4' x 8' raised beds tended by neighborhood families. The program has been supported with generous funding by Neighborhood Connections and Cleveland Climate Action Fund through a Neighbor UP! grant. The Cleveland Roots Community Garden is also part of the Summer Sprout program, offered through the OSU Extension office and with the volunteer support of OSU Master gardeners.
STOREFRONT
Our store on the corner of w.41 St & Robert is in the process of being renovated. When complete, we will provide the community with access to our local and organic foods, fruits and vegetables.
The store will be open 3 days a week – check back for our Grand Opening and store hours, coming soon!
VOLUNTEER
The action-oriented team of staff and volunteers are not afraid to get their hands dirty to achieve the organization’s Mission. Many exciting changes are on the horizon: a budding community, a fresh message, an onsite market, and a clear plan for expanding our impact in the community.
